I wouldn't wear it but I find that alot of people confuse having a sense of style and wearing designer clothes. Most folks don't have a sense of style because you have to develop that over time like a skill. You have to experiment with stuff and see what fits you and what you like to wear.
A lot of folks especially young brehs seem to just grab whatever has a high price tag and throw it together. The sales people at Saks and Neiman Marcus ain't trying to get you fly, they trying to get paid so they can laugh about what they sold you afterwards.
These two are just wearing what some stylist determined what they wanted a rapper to wear thus influencing the culture, if you want an example of it look at Migos. It may even be something deeper because y'all know the industry is suspect. Could be grooming the youth on some subliminal mess![]()
This. I noticed cacs are all trying to be rednecks now wearing flannel, Larry the Cable Guy camo hats and cowboy boots. White men are trying to reclaim their maligned masculinity by putting on a fake ass redneck persona. Like how you a redneck when you live in the *insert* DC, NY, SF, LA* suburbs and work a white collar office job?
Soft ass white collar suburban cacs dressing like construction workers from West Virginia to reclaim their masculinity.
Cacs being emasculated by facing the backlash of giving away traditionally masculine blue collar jobs away to Hispanics and losing hella pawgs to nikkas.
But I've noticed black fashion has gone super metrosexual in recent years.
What am I talking about? Black fashion hasn't existed in like 15 years, it's all Eurocac shyt and bad knockoffs nikkas rocking nowadays. Nowadays nikkas act like you ain't fresh unless you wearing head to toe Gucci or some other Eurofag shyt.
A lot of that shyt don't eem look fresh. I seen hella brehs wearing those sparkly ass Gucci low top kicks around my way. Just looks try hard and gay.
