I'd rather us take Leonard Williams if he's available..... because a solid defense will win you more games than a explosive WR will.

Rarely,if ever is a franchise turned around by a game breaking WR.

I was thinking we go Leonard in the 1st, Nelson Agohlor in the 2nd, Josh Shaw in the 3rd and Snag Buck Allen in the 4th/5th. :smugfavre:

It's a good deal because of the very low money guaranteed, and y'all got money to spend. If he sucks he sucks, you throw him out after this year. If he's good, he'll at least help Carr out before exploring more options next year. For him it's basically another show and prove career year.

With that said, as a Niners fan, fukk crabs

I would've preferred Stevie Johnson... but how us Raider fans are never satisfied is just amazing... players not getting signed to Al Davis ass deals, no more trading 1st round picks, and signing players in an attempt to create a culture of winning......and we aint fukking with it.

I think everyone here wants Leonard but it's not likely we get him :yeshrug:

So as long as we get cooper or white I'll be good

I gotta be honest, this is 90% why I hate Crabtree :scusthov:

I don't know, from all accounts stevie's routes are one of the last thing you'd want your young qb to adjust to, lol. In general tho, I agree that stevie is better - I even said it many times in the Niners thread, not sure what crabs can do that stevie can't.

i think last season proves otherwise. Charles and them boys was doing they jobs keeping shyt close. Mr. 5 yards per attempt and the rest of the offense couldn't do they job most of time. it's not the wide receiver, it's the wide receiver in addition to your unproven sophomore qb. Get them clicking and they could be a force for years to come. jury still out on Carr, need to get him some help.

as long as they get white, Williams, or cooper shyt is good though. I've been reading rumors of them trading back if Williams is gone though.:beli:

my main gripe with crabtree is his lack of speed should come with superb hands... but he's average in that department. can't believe i have to root for him after he scores

but this team doesn't even have a legit #1. The offense cannot reach their ceiling at other parts of the offense without a true #1 WR. I do like Williams and how he wants to be a Raider... i just hope it all pans out however it turns out
