I hate being in the middle and I’m semi claustrophobic so it’s 1, 3, 5 or I’m not sitting. If I absolutely have to do 4, im putting my bag on the seat, idgaf, I not feeling trapped with no way out.

i lived in new york for a year and didn't have a car. took the subway for transportation it was awful.
CTA trains are similar to MTA trains, I could never sit in 5, can't have my back to nothing

Shut up idiot. You never heard of people who have cars, commuting to work as an alternative form of transportation reducing the everyday wear and tear on their vehicles and being cost effective.
