I don't actually have any right wing friends

, nor do I associate/interact with them much in person, so I don't see much of it.
Also I don't think one morning talk show host is a representative sample

especially since you could see the other host was taken aback by the comment.
I think it's an absurd generalisation to make if you don't live in Australia.

Then again I live in Melbourne, one of the best cities in the world, and within like half an hour of the CBD. I'm sure there are a significantly higher proportion of racists in other cities/towns around the country, especially further inland.

@isthisreallife has more experience to make a judgement on it, I think he is out of school/uni. And he's ethiopian so he'll know first hand, instead of me going off how I've seen any of my "black"/indian/asian friends treated.
