It's too early to make an assumption it's a rematch card.

I always felt a rematch card for the URL is a nome/sm type of event.

A rematch card for a redemption type of event? Doesn't make sense.

Math v. Diz was a great battle with a fukkery ending. No rematch needed.

Ness v. DNA might be funny. Ness is always entertaining as hell and I guess DNA's new flow (in singles) has kept me at least checking once for his battles.
