Some folks don't like cheese so they won't love MNC not matter what.

I love Mac N Cheese with jalapeños. The peppers break up the monotony. Gotta use sharp cheddar..maybe even some gouda or pepper jack.

Sharp cheddar is so fukking fire

Sharp cheddar, pepper jack, and baby swiss in that order for me is what I use on my burgers or throw it in the mac/pasta to make it extra gooey. Gouda works very well too but I just end up eating it as is. Colby jack is meh

Gouda is WAY to overbearing for mac.

It can be but for people that don't naturally like Mac N Cheese, they may need something with a stronger flavor profile.

Some folks are good with just melting Velveeta, mixing in cheddar and milk and going that route. Others use only real cheese which makes it a bit more greasy but has more flavor.

Never cared for it. Especially the baked stuff with that thick layer of cheese on the top. I walk right past the tray on Thanksgiving.
