New York is the last state that will allow the enforcement. Because there is a link between the Fed dollars and the state level. So technically because I went to school in PA also it would have to be US Marshalls funded by "PA Fed" money to come and get me.

I think for now Texas is the only state that will have this non-sense going on. Apparently they're the only ones that can afford it.
