All they have is court papers from the girl and her lawyer who claimed she was "assaulted". This situation didn't even go to trial nor was there any investigation by the police or charges regarding "Sexual assault".

Recently 6 women have came out accusing UT of covering up several different sexual assault cases blaming different individuals that were involved. The Peyton Manning UT "assault case" was mentioned among this because it was, at the time, a big news discussion involving "sexual assault".

Peyton and the accuser made a settlement on the issue a long time ago and the accuser ORIGINALLY did not blame Peyton for touching her when she first reported this.
