Depends what's on the tape. If he's doing it, but the camera holder is black and everybody cracking up in the background is black - that's an entirely different situation from the camera holder being non-black and everybody cracking up in the background being non-black.
The first situation would be sanctioned by the nikkas in his group for whatever reason, and there would be a reason why it was ok for Biebs to do it. The second situation is not sanctioned and there would be no 'nikkas co-signed this because of this X close-relationship meaning' explanation.

As for the Eminem tape, I lost all respect for Em for that one, however weren't his nikkas with him on that one? There were nikkas in the background, which meant he was rapping a song one of the nikkas in his crew would have also rapped but it wouldn't have had any impact if the nikka did it. He was an honorary black, so he was allowed to honorarily shyt on black women. If I'm not remembering that one right, and Em did that tape in front of whites and whites were the ones clowning with him let me know.
