Nah I seen the police report he was waiting on drinks. She cut in front of him in the bar. When he said something, she put her hand in a motion to say hold up, then he grabs her arm as its move towards him in a defensive matter. She then punches him after he grab her arm and he punches her back. If everything is equal she is the aggressor for cutting in front of him in the band he can easily say he felt threaten when she rinse her arm.
