Instantly you had multiple talking heads screaming about how 3, 4, 5 titles in Miami wouldn't mean as much as one in Cleveland when we all know that you'll get roasted for not winning more if you only get one.
We still get residual hate from the LBJ Era. It's all good tho. Miami will scortch the Eastern Conference next year, and I'll gladly except all the hatred.

1. They're smug as shyt
2. Green hitting people in the nuts rubbed people the wrong way, especially when he didn't get suspended the first time around with Adams(I was checking comment sections at different places and everyone was hating hard).
3. Curry's attitude and throwing his mouth piece also probably rubbed people the wrong way.

It happens to everyone though. They had their honeymoon period when everyone loved them, but then, like always, people turn on you. Just the way shyt goes.

People's true character is revealed during trying times. Winning masks and solves everything so most people let anything go while they were winning all the time, but I peeped how they operate and knew it was only a matter of time before they collapsed.

That being said, Draymond surprised me with his sportsmanship in the end. He actually handled himself like a leader and displayed the most maturity on the team, which I wouldn't have expected with all his nutsack hijinks all postseason.

Klay probably came off like the biggest bytch in the end.

Losing game five is where they went wrong. America loves the underdog and shyt like this is fueled but the casual fan. I bet not one of the people who responded to this thread voted on that poll...it's because we don't give a shyt, those casual fans are the ones who do this shyt.

People are front runners. They knew once it got to Game 7, Cleveland was gonna win. All the pressure was on GS, Cleveland had none.

I have always been confused now I can officially say I have no idea what people mean when they say "frontrunner". Now I always thought it meant a person that only thrives when things are ideal and they or their side is on top. Not sure how that would apply to a road team in a game 7 that was previously down 3-1. Wouldn't more pressure indicate the Warriors were in the "frontrunner" position?

There's a thing called momentum.

So Cleveland had momentum for the whole series? Or did they have it after they fell behind and had to come back? You give any team the choice of being up 3-1 and having game 7 at the crib they are gonna take it.
You're right, but once it went from 3-1 to game 7 people recalled what just happened in the OKC series albeit they wasn't at home for game 7.
