to each is own tho. you might not value a player like somebody else does and vice versa.drafting a player who suits your style is one thing. that doesn't mess up competitive balance, nobody cares about that.

we had like 32 the first time, 21 last time, now it'll be 10-12

the league is boring when there's only 3 or 4 teams with a shot at winning at all
we want teams to be as even as possible. at least that's what most people who are confident in their skills want.
