Sorry my phone messed up I didn't type entire message I like legends just don't understand adjusting there ratings.

The ratings werent adjusted they just picked lowered ratings legends for example, instead if pcikin legends with a 90rating . They picked legend with a 85 rating so the league can be more blanced and not have all these legnds type of players overshadow the current players
