Yea he was a great player but lat Quick isn't a player speed value, who ever did the ratings should have compared it, He was never the player G.Payton or Jordan was and in this he is a better defender then all of them with his combined speed. His Lat Quickness should have been a 80 max.
Yeah because he's damn sure faster than Russy by 10 or so in that one attribute which is extremely important...
D rose is a former MVP but shyt so was Steve Nash which is who I wanted to be in the league.
I'm not sweating it because next season we will have updated rosters and a few different legends
As long as MJ not in the league, I have no issues

Thats what im saying Russ is one of the games best defenders and one of the most freakish players ever something is clearly wrong their. Lat quick is one of the games most important stats on the game and Rose has a extremely high stat in it and his speed values which makes him extremely OP. Im done touching on it though sorry I said something but in the future that can't happen again.

Now don't get me wrong MVP Rose was equally as dominant of an athlete...But I think they were very equal with Russy being a bit stronger.

I didn't mind it when I first heard it but I had to look at why their was no getting pass rose and in no point in Rose career was he the defender any of the players I listed were but stat wise hes currently the games best defender by a large margin.

Bro its not exaggerating, look at the stats some of the players I listed some of the best defenders of all time the ones I listed don't have the stats Rose has.. I know hes your fav player and all but lets not be blind to think hes half the defender Jordan ever was. Put it like thisnow you're exaggerating

prime derrick rose had unreal lateral quickness. he could get hit with a crazy move and recover immediately to cut off the ballhandler
me and @Brozay used to discuss this in bulls game threads. same with russell westbrook
and michael jordan's speed on this game is too low.
if anything 2k has done lateral quickness ratings wrong for some people. i get what you're saying though. rose rating should be lower to keep it consistent, but these ratings right here dont make sense..

iverson - 90 lateral quickness
34 year old scottie pippen - 94 lateral quickness
35 year old john stockton - 94 lat quickness

these ratings are all over the place. 35 year old john stockton was quicker laterally than westbrook? richard hamilton laterally quicker than iverson? klay thompson quicker laterally than avery bradley? rick fox quicker than westbrook? they've mixed up lateral quickness with understanding angles and knowing how to cut off an offensive player. if you watched larry bird you know he was slow as sh*t side to side, yet he's got the same lateral as russell westbrook.
they basically gave guys with poor defensive reputations low lateral quickness and that's not what it means. you can move side to side very fast and still be bad on defense.
this is john stockton at age 25. how could he be a 94 10 years later?

What im saying is the game balancing wasn't ment for a player to be that fast and have that high of a lat quickness stat.. Which other player in this entire game can you compare his current stats to? None. Thats why none of the other top defenders have that high of a speed the game wasn't ment to have a player like that. Theirs a clear reason no other player on the game has that combation of lat quickness and speed what made D.Rose so special to be even higher then Westbrook bro...And their stats was perfect Lat quickness isnt true speed on here its ur abilty to defend, All that video showed me was one of the best pgs of all time making plays

35 year old john stockton was a amazing defender hence his Lat quick yall are focused on lat Quickness meaning side to side speed..which is off course what it means in real life but not on here. Acc and Speed is what gets you to the goal zig zaging in such on here not Lat quickess.
