2k been on their bullshyt for years... they don't want to waste the time doing OA's correctly because they know they can't get people to purchase VC for it enough to justify it...
They even said that they couldn't get the programming correct for the offseason stuff and then in the next breath said they had their programmers working all year on jerseys and shoes...
They just don't care... and only way a company like that will ever listen is if people don't buy the damn game... I have been saying it for years and everyone laughs at me but if you make them eat the costs of developing a half-assed, half-developed, not tested game then they are gonna feel it.
But people can't go without their basketball game... Live really needs to step it up to put the pressure on 2k to stop fukking around
