Breh keep my schedule and tell me you don't need a nap
I wake up at 6 am monday through friday
I usually go to sleep sometime between 12:30 and 1:30
I havent had a nap in months
I wake at 0330 and don't go to sleep until 1030-1100.... I sleep all weekend though...you have no excuse to why you don't embrace the sleep.
How are you taking naps if youre up from 3:30 to 11:00?

I drunk damn near a 5th of henny woke up at 830 am and been up every since, on top of that I picked up a night shift tonite and get off at 6am, after that I'm going to the gym.
