Durant shooting as many free throws as the entire clippers team :sas1::sas2::sas1:

And they still lose :sas1::sas2::sas1:

Seems like the clippers have the formula :sas1::sas2::sas1:

Let CP0 do his thing for 45 minutes :sas1::sas2::sas1:

Then in the final 3 let some other backup point guard take all the big shots :sas1::sas2::sas1:

How man conference finals has Chris Paul played in?

How many rings has he won?

Do ya'll realize how ridiculous this argument is?

You look at the fact; dude's been in the league throughout the powerhouse years of the Spurs & Lakers. He's been in New Orleans for 90% of his career. And gettin' to the Finals, Conference Finals is some easy thing to do.

Who are we comparing him to? Tony Parker? Dude's a Hall of Famer, played with the GOAT PF, the ridicilously well run organization, and coached by Pop. I do have him as the #1 PG, though.
Russell Westbrook? Great, and he's had the opportunity to play with the undisputed #2 guy, in the world his entire career.

Yea, Chris has been in LA for 3 seasons. But, Chris isn't 36 years old.
The Coli is trying to run this narrative of "Chris isn't a good player," because of his team success?
What, the Clippers should have won a title, WCF title, by now?

Watching the game, today, and posting, is a prime example of the problem I have.

Dude were waiting to find something to complain about. NEVERMIND, everything else that was happening in that game--his teammates, the other team, the calls, etc--was obsolete.

Be real with me @Ronnie Lott, why Chris? And don't hit me with that "He doesn't get criticized enough."

What type of goofy, cornball, casual-fan-ish, platform is that to stand on?

YA'll look like Skip Bayless disciples, parroting his same narrative he's too dumbfounded to use on Lebron anymore.

Chris shot a low percentage and the Clippers offense looked dead too many times. But, dude was the catalyst for their 2nd Quarter and the 4th Quarter runs. Oh, and he played 45 minutes.

But, if you didn't watch the game, you'd look at the box score and blame them being down 20 on him.

I've lost respect for the basketball acumen for a majority of the "KIll Chris" crowd.
I stil respect @Malta argument that the PG position is overvalued, in the modern NBA.

Bruh, it's not that serious. You know damn well that all superstars/stars get criticism, Chris Paul isn't exempt. Nobody in this thread said that CP3 is trash. Nobody said that he isn't good.

Lebron got crushed in the media non stop since he got in the league. He was called everything from LeBrick, the king with no rings, LeChoke etc until he went out and won a chip.

If CP3 is the superstar talent that many make him out to be, why is it not ok for people to joke on him or make a funny or silly reference incorporating his nickname :comeon:

Have you forgot that even Magic Johnson was called "tragic Johnson"
Jason Kidd was called "Ason Kidd"
Because of his lack of an outside game. :patrice:

The main thing that I always have hated about Chris Paul's game is his constant bytchin and complaining to refs. His constant trying to draw and create contact, flailing his arms all dramatic and all that bullshyt. :beli:

Stop it. I wouldn't be so annoyed if it stopped at; "Chris needs to step his game."

Since the beginning of season; cats have been parroting this goofy narrative of, he dribbles too much, without anything else to add besides, he's ruining the Clippers and their better without him.

I can take criticism of my fav players, but, I can't stand weak sports arguments.

I don't mind the Chris criticism, at all, but, it's way more baseless than the Lebron, and even, Melo criticism.

I can't stand the floppin' and diva-isms, but, dude still an incredible player--that's the main reason I can't stand that part of him.
