look @ it like this. Okay. You hit your 30 or so days, and you end up relapsing. No big deal! That's not complete failure. Since you know you can go a month. Try 45 days now, then 2 months, and so forth. And un follow all the women on social media you follow just because they're attractive (IG thots & regular girls) erase all the porn bookmarks, erase keywords out of your autocorrect, get rid of all the shyt that's gonna trigger that.
