Simple. What has this year taught you?

A lot of things happened this year. Everything from COVID ending, to hurricanes, to celebrities dying, to Republican resurgence in the courts, to inflation. So, What has this year taught you?:jbhmm:

I'll start us off. I must admit I never knew so much about Ukraine until this year. I feel like I've visited the place based on the non-stop coverage they gave that place in 2022.

I can list all these random exotic sounding places like "zaporesia" or "Donetsk" or the ports in "Odessa" or even "Mariopal". I don't have a clue what these place look like, but damn it, I know where they are on the Ukraine map and how many rockets they've dodged :pachaha:

I know 2022 had to have tuaght our 6/6/6 coli brehs new things....

99% of people might as well call the Government Daddy.

I suspected this before but now such a high percent and this year solidified the perspective with direct evidence from the lips of those you engage in certain topics that actually need them to think for themselves and generate independent wisdom. Not happening. Lights are gone from their eyes and only the official narrative plays on a loop inside their head like a string puppet.

People will ghost you, so don’t feel bad about doing it to someone else.
This is so true for interpersonal relationships, it's not worth staying with people that are a net negative to your life .

but I think a lot of folks learned this about the job market specifically. People were bushing whole employers like they were matches on tinder:russ:

-Kevin Samuels was the literally boogie man/Freddie Krueger to many woman. Even after death they can’t stop talking about him.

-There are different classes to black people and the thinking class needs to separate from the low level degenerate class.

- People with talent and power can't be stopped no matter how many people complain (ie Ime Udoka)

- Americans love jacking off to fear porn (the housing market will crash, we will be in a depression) being blissfully ignorant that the main people who binge on this content are the ones who will be the most negatively affected. They want a reset because they have no power/leverage in their current position instead of changing it.

- The Pandemic lowered the bar and many people have become lazy. Over the next few years the people who really focus and niche down on a Business/Career Plan and budget will have good odds of moving into the Upper-Middle Class and higher. The gap between lower and upperclass is going to become even more obvious.

- Corporate Oligarchies are ruining America
