What is everyone's cardio routine??

Some cats box,run,swim,jump rope,etc.

What is everyone doing?

Me:

Monday&Tuesday: After a lifting session I jump rope 500 jumps,go home rest a little run 2 miles,then jump another 500 jumps.

Wednesday&Thursday:

After lifting I swim 2 miles,jump rope 500 jumps,go home rest,then jump 700 jumps.

That's it for the week.

Mondays: long bike ride
Thursdays: hill sprints on the bike
Fridays: short bike ride

When I was cutting I would do a long ride on Sunday, Monday and Thursday when I had the energy. I'd usually just do 2 rides though. I wanna get more into swimming but all the pools around here are expensive AF.

Yea swimming legit as shyt.

I just swim at my gym,it has an Olympic size pool.

But that's solid cardio you doing already real talk.

I'm investing in a bike next summer,can't wait

Mine is straight jumping rope. I typically 10 miles at least four times a week. I purposely don't buy everything I need so I have a legitimate reason to ride otherwise i'll end up not riding. My girls is 12 weeks, so shes starting to ride less often but when we ride together we usually go 20-30 miles.

Ive been jumping rope 7 days a week for a while, i have a rule if im too tired at 20 minutes i'll stop, otherwise go for an hour. usually im not tired but if my mind aint right i just cant focus.

A fleeting childhood
:francis: barely any. I work in the heat for a few hours daily loading freight containers, but after that I'm too tired to do any HIIT .. my feet and knees are constantly hurting so long jogs are out of the question. I've gotten into swimming and will try sprints on grass. :francis: i started taking glucosamine a month ago and things have gotten a lil better..

One week ill run for 3 miles for 3 days then walk and jog for 30 mins usually 2 miles but with increasing the incline every min. The next week ill either bike for 5-10 miles or do 6 miles on the arc trainer for 2 days

Would swim but i cant swim. From when i tried to, my body was hella sore crazy resistance. Gonna take up jump rope tho
