What legal or legislative means do you think black people can use to get reparations?

Seems like other groups have been eating in recent history. What realistic means do you think we could use to achieve reparations payments?

we're never getting reparations unfortunately..... white people ain't doin it and black folks dont really care about it...... and cacs dont even respect us enough to even hear us out anyway..... so we gotta work with what we got honestly... its a sad state of affairs.

We need to get black people on code as a collective first and mentally aware before we even think about any reparations.... most black folks dont even know what the reparations would be for anyway

I realize it will be damn near impossible but the right legal mind or minds might be able to make it happen imo.
