What y’all workout routine and diet looking like since we quarantined?

I been incorporating burpups into my workout.

Band work 3 days a week(Shoulders,Biceps,Legs)

Calisthenics work(300 pull-ups,500 push-ups,250 dips) 3 days

Now at the end of each workout I’ve been doing burpups 4-5 sets til failure

burpups are burpees and pull-ups mixed together and yes it’s tough as hell.

Also been running doing cardio 5 days out the week 2 miles 3 days out the week been getting about 17:20 for 2 miles and 1000 jumpropes and 5 all out sprints after that on the other days


Eggs,oatmeal orange juice in the for breakfast

Smoothie snack

grilled chicken salad lunch

grapes banana snack

grilled chicken mixed veggies and rice dinner

oranges and pineapple snack



Been getting good results!

Finally bought a jump rope so my cardio sessions gonna be more frequent
I only have a couple weights so I been making them out daily
Doing 20 - 40 mins of core exercises a day

With no gym has your body changed or you’ve been able to sustain what you had before the gyms closed?

Damn no work at all?

Maaaaan i try to do some pushups in the crib but that shyt boring af to me. I dont get the same feeling internally as I do with going to the gym and bangin weights.
I lift for more mental reasons than physical reasons And in house workouts do nothing for me mentally.

Yea I can understand that nothing like being in the gym. Hopefully this stuff don’t last too much longer
