Hold up is op the same mafukka that stay talking like he some wise financial guru and talks about how dumb it is to buy a home? :dead:

The sheer audacity of this irresponsible idiot.

OP is cool but his financial takes are questionable. Check out one of his greatest hits

He at least came back around and admitted it was a bad take years later. He'll probably change his tone on his other takes once he has a reason to.

Credit cards are hell to pay off.

I've been at 10k twice, 20k once, hit a lick and to give all up to the credit care. Was at 33k just getting it down to 1800 right now. Should be 0 balance at the end of the month.

Making that final payment is the best feeling ever, you're gonna feel like you've been given a second chance at life. :ahh:

You'd have to be dumb as hell to tell someone in about the 80th percentile of their age group that doesn't even make much money their bad with it. Again you just a screen name and an avatar. I've posted my stats where are yours?

I will never change my take on basic math. If renting is cheaper than owning a home as a primary residence the better financial decision is to rent and invest the difference. That isn't even a take it's a basic fact.

There are other reasons to be a home owner and the decision isn't only financial but when reducing it to strictly a financial one that's still an absolute. Now if renting is more than it would be the worst decision.

I'm not depressed at all. This is the best I've been mentally in my entire life. I live a life of almost no cares or worries and next to no responsibilities and I don't really answer to anyone. I love that and wouldn't trade it for anything.

It's awesome that you are still responding to the thread and keeping it going, I just seen it today, having only read your original post, I gotta give a gem to people who might find themselves buying from a buy here pay here. They do not report to your credit and unlike actual car loans, you can drop that car right back to their lot. They don't report to credit and they will just sale it to someone else.
