I also like this place called Chuy’s but I haven’t really been there in a while. I don’t know if a lot of people know what that is. Or how popular it is elsewhere. But there are two that I know of here in Florida.

Tex-Mex = enchiladas with queso/meat sauce, nachos, crunchy tacos etc.

Mex-Mex = menudo, tacos with homemade corn tortillas (lengua, al pastor etc.), mole and super spicy azz hot sauce and salsas.

Here in TX there's a distinction even between Mexican cusines. Like some people prefer Jalisco-style food versus Sonoran etc. Chipotle is just a burrito joint. It's like saying Pizza Hut in NYC style pizza. Inspired yes, but not really NYC pizza.

My wife is Mexican so all my shyt be authentic homemade ... We might be the only people on earth that's never eaten at Chipotle. Never heard of them other spots on the poll. We got this one joint locally named Los Arcos that's dope, but it's usually my wife and mother in law whippin up that work.

I went to a Mexican restaurant in Fontana and they served eggs with spicy beef Jerky

Go to your local supermarket buy some Chorizo for $1

Fry it for 10 mins , fry some eggs into it

Make breakfast burritos
