hey dumbass anyone can lose weight so spare me the bullshyt. if anything id know because i was once 280 pounds nikka, and i dropped to my lowest 170. granted im back in the 200's( gimme 4-6 months ill be back, prolly even sooner). i know for a fact losing weight isn't easy, but it isn't impossible. cut out juice/soda you going to lose AT LEAST 15-20 pounds off that alone. then with my fitness pal? come on bro that shyt is like the miracle fitness app. you're just here caping for some unkown reason.
