I would skip Iceland for 11 days. Go to Germany, France, Spain, literally anywhere else in Europe. I wouldn't waste a trip staying in Iceland for that long personally. Maybe 3 days at the most. Spain or Portugal and some of the other eastern bloc countries will get you more buck for your money. Not only is Scandinavia expensive, Iceland may be one of the most boring countries out of the lot of them. It's a big hub so flights elsewhere should be cheap.
