translation::: ray allen is retiring

younger :patrice: bron is gettin up there :sas1:

Their bench can use an influx of youth.

If I'm Pat Riley, I start to try and extend LeBron's career starting now by limiting his regular season minutes and finding some young guys at the SF/PF spots to get minutes in the regular season.

Charlotte.

An actual NBA-caliber 2 guard would be a good start. Upgrade at PF, another year for Kemba to improve, bank on MKG working on his offensive game (or at least minimize his anemic performance on that end via the aforementioned upgrades at the 2 and 4), Big Al keeps doing his thing, snag a contributing player with their top-10 pick. You can be looking at a 50-win team in the pathetic East if they play their cards right.

The Wizards. Top 3 back court and strong center. All we need is better bench and better offensive starting SF

Don't got cap space, Ernie Grunfeld will keep the roster the same. Maybe Ariza walks and Otto is the starting SF. Maybe Airza is kept and we look to trade Webster.

The only improvements the Wizards can look towards is Wall taking the next step... as well as Brad Beal.

Uptown and the Bronx
Minnesota if they just utilize their roster a bit differently (i.e. start Shabazz, play Dieng more, bench Martin, add a shooter)

and this is regardless of whether #42 is here or not because PF production will be set anyway

I think its the Wizards...they should have beaten the Pacers in the second round but did not take advantage of the opportunity.

All the Wizards need is for John Wall to break his broke ass shot. He is an elite level PG when he plays under control
