part of customer service is to keep the customers coming back for more. his employer doesnt need him being the center of incidents with the public. either handle dumb customers or avoid that line of work. he got fired and will continue to get fired if this is his way of dealing with it. that's why i say he should avoid it altogether.

I do agree to an extent he would have been better off.

He was right how he handled the stupid ass white girl, but all kinds of wrong with the Cac and bedwench. Customers are always right in that kind of industry. That's why my black ass would never do customer service again.

When I was young I was a Tech at Best Buy and some bum ass cac was yelling at me because of what some other Tech did. He was black, so you know they think we all look alike. Dude said he was going to jump over the counter and beat my ass. I told him I hope your life insurance is paid up bytch. My manager came around quick was like . Go in the back. I didn't get fired because he threatened me but they did reduce my hours for a couple of weeks.

Overall if you can start your own business go for it. I don't have the entrepreneurial spirit, so I work a job with little bullshyt to go through. Absolutely no customer service.

It really depends on how u look at it..I've never actually been fired but i have left a job once due to legitimate reasons.

I left a job because i basically saw that it was not worth it, i've only done it once but for me it had to do with the fact that A) I really didn't need the job, i took it because it was something to do for a lil extra gwop but i already had some bread stashed already and wasn't struggling financially and B) i saw it wasn't worth putting up with all the bullshyt, so i left

I don't know OP's financial situation but just because he got fired it's not the end of the world. Did he handle it the way i would, idk....it depends. If i really NEEDED the job i probably would have just dealt with it until i found something better, but if not, who knows. I might have quit.

The way i see it is, i wouldn't quit or get fired if i really needed the job, was broke and didn't have anything else. But if you have some money or something else to go to then u can leave if u feel like it's best
