It's not close. Cole. And he probably has done some ghostwriting which is a nice check too.

Thug constantly gets cash infusions which are basically loans. The money he makes through limited tours and club appearances evaporate very quickly since it's cash, and he spends it immediately....instead of paying off his debts.

Add in the fact that his contract situation is fukked up with multiple interests eating up album/single sales...
