Well once you turn 26 time flies fast as fukk. Might as well be 30. I swear I was 27 just the other day, now I'm about to be 29.

Either way it goes, who gives a fukk what people think? Work out if haven't already and get money. If you're in your 30s, single, with little to no debt, and make at least 50,000 you're in a good position.

I've noticed people call young folks old and old folks young. Like they want you to feel like you running outta time at 25/30. You should have a house, 10 years on a good job, 100K saved and a wife and kids.

A lot of young people can't grasp the concept of stability and don't speak that language so someone fluent in it at 30 and up.

When I was 39 and dated a 22 year old and financial stability/goals/discipline is something she couldn't relate to. We clicked overall, because she embraced her weaknesses and I was able to help direct her a little.


When I was 20 - 25, I didn't know what I wanted in life. I simply lived in the moment. Once you hit 30, the expectations people have for you change. BUT it doesn't change overnight. People perceive you differently once you hit 26, and slowly progress when you hit 30 and up.
