he was used heavily in Ostrander's Suicide Squad from the 80s, but then he got regulated to limited use like his only martial arts peers in DC Comics, Richard Dragon and Lady Shiva.

They totally ruined and retooled the character last year like they did a lot of other characters. Nobody was happy about it.

Dc doesn't use their martial arts characters much. Not that marvel is any better. He and Richard Dragon should be in the public eye more, but with the way people bytched about iron fist, I'm sure dc sees this and probably has them on the back burner somewhere
