Ummm no they don't and it's not even close. African Americans have on average 15-18% white DNA. Where as mulattos typically have 50% or more white, or other DNA.

either way it shows the path of the one drop rule. first you open the door by claiming black men can create black children with any race of women. then the biracial child feels the same way. then in two generations, you're left with cac grand children that have no ties to their "blackness"

I'm saying that and admixture of of even 30-40% can go either way, 'biracial' features or typical African American features.

There are families with one black parent and one biracial parent and have their children can look vastly different.
