I try my best to avoid sodium as much as possible so pork just happen to be a casualty of that

every once in a while i'll have some but feel like I'm not missing anything honestly and the same with red meat. I just stick with chicken, seafood and turkey.
now sausages on the other hand is just straight up gross

i haven't had a sausage, hot dog or anything like that for about 10 years. it's basically leftovers and shyt that falls into the grinder

the only time i'll have one is if it's made at a butcher and I see them grind the meat up.
Like smoking and drinking, I would imagine this would be a problem if eaten in large amounts.

where did this come from? and what's the story? I know muslims don't eat swine because it's considered a dirty animal since they're scavengers and eat their own shyt and dirt
