Just rewatched this fight and it wasn't ever close or competitive. Loma was toying with him from the beginning. It didn't seem like it but it's hard to tell if Walters was ever hurt or not. He starting holding in the 4th round and by the end of the 7th round he was holding on for dear life. If he wasn't being hurt why hold like that?

It's just crazy how Loma completely toyed and destroyed two ELITE boxers in GRJr and Walters

edit: nvm in the post fight interview Walters basically said he was holding so bad in the 7th cause he was about to get knocked out and he said Loma was hurting him. Great question from Max Kellerman too

oh, no doubt, he can come back and do great things. but its going to be rough for him in the ring now because his opponents wont have as much fear of him because he was exposed badly for not having any dog in him. once you concede the first time, it makes it that much easier to do it thereafter. he is probably the new Popo
