We can go on for days about inconsistencies. First thing that comes to mind is Johnny B. Goode. Marty was able to change the future and the movie implies that Marty wrote the song for Chuck Barry when Marvin Barry called him. But Marty said it was an oldie where he came from. How was this the consistency when Marty was able to change everything else?
