I know it's just the XFL but when the NFL, NBA and NHL announce that they're not going to start in 2020, folk gonna see how real the fallout is from this virus. Will people care by that point? The world will be a very different placce by then.

All due respect A cancelled NBA season is hundreds of millions lost. Football is king in this country these league may not have seasons but they will make $ if it's either tournament style play or short seasons .These athletes owners coaches will get best testing etc.... $ and entertainment matters in this country .You think Jerry Jones is gonna be in favor of cancelling seasons because of the virus.Most of country won't care but we need hope and something positive .

It is still being studied and has the medial committeee comfused as fukk. No testing and a vaccine won't be here for a while and that's if they develop one that works.
We're not seeing any sports in 2020.

Yes it is about the owners these dudes control the NFL. Do u think these owners will be on the field ?No they will be in their comfy home . The rich DONT care I see your point but they didn't even wanna cancel the NFL games after 9/11,Kennedy died and they still played games.These guys will get the best testing for the players and coaches etc.....Gonna be sports but it won't be a normal season. Even if NFL plays in college stadiums its gonna be football.
