I may have to cop a pair...I need new headphones and these are affordable as hell.

When this thread was first made I was highly skeptical about good headphones for $25
But coming back to this thread and seeing the coli brehs giving it praise, I pulled the trigger
I have a pair of Bluebuds X (gym) and Beats Pro (home), hopefully these are good enough for the commute.
These xiaomi pistons headphones sound equal to or better than my current headphones.
The build quality
The smell quality
I love when ear/headphones have those thread cords
But I hate when ear buds go directly into the ear my nikka, I'ma air wax machine![]()

People need to start investing in buying compact discs again, you can rip them to high resolution audio, the exact same cd quality you would get when played through your home entertainment system. Headphones and digital audio players play a part in what you hear but is minuscule. Headphones and digital audio players only make up 40% of what you hear. The other 60% relies heavily on the sound quality of the music files that you play through your headphones and digital audio player. Your audio is crucial. If you download mp3's at low resolution and spend $500 on headphones, MP3 players and iPods your doing it wrong. Spending huge amounts of money on headphones will not make the music you listen sound magically better. Your audio has to be at a great resolution to benifit from it. I suggest people get back intron compact discs and either convert/rip the cd to WAV, AIFF, FLAC or ALAC files or MP3's encoded at 320 to get the most out of your audio gear.
There needs to be a thread made on this.
