He wouldn't sign it.They drawing up a long term contract for Quinn Cook
He wouldn't sign it.
I thought he would wait until the off-eason before signing a multiyear deal to see if he could get more money but it seems I'm wrong?????

A long term contract offered by the Warriors wouldn't be for much money. Cook will probably try to leverage his play from here on out into a decent deal from another team.
smart move by the Warriors. Keeps a guy on the bench who has shown he can play, so you wouldn't have to worry about filling that position with G League guys or minimum contracts.
Can't lie, I'm appreciating his willingness to shoot (and hit!!!) the 3....With McCaw and Casspi basically unwilling/able to let it fly, Cook has been a welcome change.
So.........who's getting cut??? If this deal gets done today, it's Casspi, right (but please tell me it's not... :D)?
lol i guess i should have been a little more clear...the contract is gonna be signed before the playoffs. he aint tryna leverage nobody , bruh wasnt even signed at the start of the year

He wouldn't be eligible for the postseason without signing cause he's on a 2 way deal.Nah, i just meant that his play at the end of this year, and possibly through the playoffs could have another team looking to sign him for more money. I figured whatever money the Warriors could offer would be low, so he'd test the open market. I'm sure he appreciates this opportunity that he's gotten with the Warriors, but i still assumed he'd make a business decision for himself. But if its a fair deal and he's good with it.. i like the extension.

Nah, I just assume those were the terms the Warriors presented to him now that they like the fit. There was already talk about signing him for the year and likely dropping Casspi. I dont think a multiyear deal is required for him to be eligible is it?
