I'm biracial and proud but I was raised by a 100 black women, my cac dad was a deadbeat and I grew up in an all black poverty stricken environment so I am more culturally in tune with the black struggle and that's what I represent

Uhh no. Slavery's rule was that anyone with any black in them was black. There was no rule around black motherhood specifically deifying a person as black. So you can disabuse yourself of that lie right now. The only American de facto rule I know of with respects to racial parentage is that black men accept half black children as black because a child is the race of his father. That is all.

African Americans don't have to be full black to be black. But we do have to be black enough and that's where intermixing can destroy groups. There is a line there that can be crossed and intermixing does bring a race closer to that line, which is why races mitigate it. AAs are no different, exceptions aside.
