I think this is a part of the new ad campaign for the protestic arm they plan on releasing later this year. Early reports mention that it mimics normal hand movement of let's say a dancer so it doesn't look like the recipient is doing the robot to every single song they dance to. Not too sure why there is a visa card at the end because the EU hasn't approved this for medical use & not even 2 weeks ago at the parent company's shareholders meeting there was a lot of tension because they elected to put all their eggs in one basket... well in this case... one hand.
