They sure as shyt ain't promoting him as such out of the ring.

Yeah I know it can be said that John Cena is still around, and that he would need to put Reigns over first to solidify the passing of the torch.

Just one fukking problem, and that is Roman ain't pulling Cena duty even as Champion. So if your going to make Roman the new mouthpiece for this generation, his ass needs to be doing PR work to promote the brand. He looks more like Randy Orton everyday, content to be a Top Guy but never doing work like Cena. Which would be all cool and shyt, but Vince wants him to be The Man.

Maybe its just me, but I just find it fukking weird that WWE isn't pushing Roman outside of programming as the next big thing.

they have been promoting him on mainstream shows for over a year now. he has been on Good Morning America, The Today Show, Conan O'Brien, and countless other mainstream media outlets.

the problem isn't their lack of promoting him, the problem is the fact that Roman has the personality, charisma, and star power of a broken coffee table.

Cut that bullshyt out. The problem is that they force Roman into a role that's clearly not for him. In some ways the Randy Orton comparison is more fitting, Roman can be one of the top guys but he can never become that ambassador that Cena is/was, but they keep forcing him into that.

They haven't done a great job of getting that across in the ring, either. For the golden child in the middle of an apparent superpush the likes of which hasn't been seen since John Cena, he's dropped a lot of PPV/big time matches over the past 2 years. Probably more since his "superpush" began than Cena has on PPV for 10 years.

3 time wwe champ in 4 months though.

And still hasn't lost a singles match clean. :francis:

Daniel Bryan also won the title 3 times in under a year and lost two singles matches between Summerslam 2013 and and going on the IR in May of 2014. One of them was by countout. Everyone was complaining that whole time about how weak he looked.
