Gave the division a solid base - Serena and Thunder Rosa especially, while they brought people up on Dark.

Bruce Prichard had this weird tone when he was talking about him on his podcast. Conrad asked him why he wasn't a major star yet, and Bruce basically alluded that he didn't have the IT factor. Kind of seemed like they had some sort of beef that he didn't want to get into.

I think Aldis does have the IT factor, maybe or maybe not for WWE (and that depends on if Vince see anything in him)

Kind of surprised he hasn't been picked up by AEW at this point. I know Bruce Prichard doesn't like him, so he probably won't ever get signed by WWE even though Mickie James is there

It's kind of the same reason why Marty signed back with ROH. Aldis is basically Corgan's #2 for NWA and I think he's in charge of his creative.

Tay has improved a million times from what she was in NXT but she still has a penchant to be obviously thinking about her next move in the ring.

I never saw her in NXT. She looked pretty good tonight and is definetely athletic but there were a few times when they had awkward transitions.
