1st time: Roman pinned Ambrose to win the title at the New Deadly Games Tournament only to lose it to MITB Winner Sheamus in 5 minutes
2nd time: Won it back from Sheamus only to lose it to HHH in the Royal Rumble Match
3rd time: Won it back from HHH at WM32 only to lose it to Rollins due to that Adderal situation
4th time: FINALLY winning it from Brock only to drop it due to the cancer remission
