The Rock basically told us what’s happening at this year and next year’s WrestleMania. He also said Cody’s story is finishing up (vs. Roman) and his and Roman’s story is just starting (Reigns vs Rock.) 
I would have to say that The Rock is gonna have to come back, apologize, and do some charity work for Utah in the future, but who really gives a fukk about Utah.

Strong possibility since that’s really how he fits in to this storyline.
He has every reason in his mind to turn on him.
One, Seth feels like he should be in the position that Cody is in as the #1 face.
Two, Seth has lost three times to him.
