At least they are making it No Hold Barred. La Nariz is better at gimmick matches...but you and I know that motherfukker will refuse to have anything shorter than 22 minutes

Womens Tag Team championship match

Then you need to add smackdown or/and raw tag team championship match, maybe an IC or/and US championship match.
The kickoff will have the cruiserweight bout.

Last year's main show had eleven matchs but two of them lasted less than five minutes. Its gonna be hard to put everyone on the card without cutting a lot of time for some matches

The pre show has had 3 matches for the past few years, so I'd expect that trend to continue. The main show will be 5 hours, at least 45 minutes will no doubt be devoted to Batista/HHH from entrances/match/post-match bullshyt.
