Hell No. hell no. Not at all. The crowd ain’t that into Cesaro, his biggest fans post on this message board. Cesaro needs to win his mania match first, hold a singles title for a few months, have a meaningful rememberable feud first. Then we can talk about putting him in a title match. He can’t even cut a good promo.

Y’all be jumping the gun and trying to set these dudes up for failure by rushing them. Both of these dudes are atleast a year away from being legit title contenders

Unfortunately that's why Kofi's run wasn't as successful. The moment was huge, but without the build the appeal wore off.

His lack of having a chest also killed his steam lol. He was great for a surprise moment and to have held the belt until SS tops but he didn’t have the look of a top champion. There was no build up. He went from career tag teamed to top guy way too fast, but it was a great moment.

It would have only worked if they turned heel and was helping him cheat to win or if they broke up and all feuded over the title. Since nobody wanted to see that. He ended up squashed and never smelled a title match again.

All of this is shyt no one wants to hear, but it's true. The squash was unnecessary but hey, at least he had a run.

Straight up I don’t think Cesaro is a world title guy at all anymore :manny: he’s talented in the ring and he’s always had a solid look but he’s been there damn near ten years as both a heel and face and he can’t cut promos, and he’s never had much of a personality. I like him but I think he’s upper Midcard tops, maybe he gets a one off appreciation run with a top title one day but I don’t see him on the same level as the current crop of main event guys at all
