That's like every Samoan wrestling character gimmick since the history of time. He's been there done and that himself.

The fact that we all know who is big brothers are he does the funny/annoying Machiavellian little brother thing well. He's developing his own character away from the twins. He's further ahead than what The Twins and Roman where as characters.
