Vince wanted to rush everything for Theory when he clearly was not ready at all and nothing we've seen since then has disproven that

Vince & HHH were both wrong. Vince was wrong to strap the rocket to the kid too quickly, but HHH hasn't done him any favors with the booking. Theory should've never won MITB imo, and he should've been built up to win the US title at Mania. Under HHH he's been a dead in the water champ just like Bianca was.
