I am finally caught up. This has been an excellent tournament everything involving Ibushii, Omega, Goto, Ishii, Naito, Okada etc. has been excellent and the booking has been on point I'd say..

My one gripe is I think they might be going too far with Fale and Tama and this whole create havoc story line. At some point there needs to be a direction, Tama needs to start winning more matches or something

Having just finished that SANADA/ZSJ match, I swear I got a Tanahashi vibe from SANADA in that match.

I knew he was good -- it's very effortless with him. His Dragon Sleeper needs work but I feel like his Moonsault is his actual finish. Sans that, he's as smooth and as balanced as it gets -- but this match was a coming out party.

I don't disagree with any of this but I think my issue over the past couple years with SANADA is that when he's not giving a shyt.. he REALLY is not giving a shyt. He takes a lot of nights off. Or at least he used to. A lot of guys do that tho so he's not alone. Nakamura was lazy at times too.

But I think SANADA has all the tools to be a main event level talent.
