I'll wait until Sunday to see how things play out, but if this is the best they could do to turn Cena back face, then this will go down in history as one of Triple H's worst booking decisions.
If Cena is being for real, then the match has no stakes because I don't see him winning. It also means all that shyt he said about being in an abusive relationship was a lie. He was just trying to justify why he turned, but none of it was authentic because neither the character or the person believed it.
Also, if Cody wins, it would mean more if Cena was heel for that match. Then he can cut this promo next week, realizing Cody was the better man and the loss made him come to his senses. Unless you turn Cody heel, but in the words of Drew McIntyre, why would you ever do that? He's still the top babyface and we don't need another heel champion. For all that, he could have turned at Elimination Chamber.
Once again in the words of Drew, Cena's playing chess while every other idiot is playing checkers right now.
